Cutoff Date: The PDA rate is based on availability. Please note that the hotel can sell out prior to the cutoff date of Tuesday, March 5, 2013 (Rooms must be secured by this date in order to receive the PDA rate).

Hotel Accommodations

PDA is excited to host the 2013 PDA Annual Meeting at The Peabody Orlando.  A block of rooms have been reserved at the group rate of $209 single or double occupancy, plus applicable state and local taxes. Reservations must be secured by Tuesday, March 5, 2013, based on availability, after this date, reservations can be made on a space and rate available basis only.

Individual Cancellation
Please be aware that obtaining and canceling hotel reservations is the responsibility of the meeting registrant. Individuals will be responsible for payment of their own cancellation fees. The cancellation policy is 6 p.m. on the date of arrival otherwise specified on your reservation information.

The Peabody Orlando is located in the heart of Orlando’s theme parks and area attractions.  All guest rooms and suites provide wireless Internet, hair dryers, an iron and an ironing board.

The Peabody Orlando is located approximately 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO). 

Ground Transportation
Taxi fares from MCO are approximately $35 one way, not including tip, and will take about 30 minutes.
