PDA did not contract with CHS or any other company, CHS is not an authorized housing bureau or room representative for PDA, and attendees may pay higher room rates for such services. It is PDA’s recommendation that you book your hotel directly through the JW Marriott Hotel.
Hotel Accommodations
PDA is excited to host the PDA's Annual Meeting at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge. A block of rooms have been reserved at the group rate of $264 single or double occupancy, plus applicable state and local taxes. Reservations must be secured by Friday, March 23, 2012, after this date, reservations can be made on a space and rate available basis only.

Individual Cancellation
Please be aware that obtaining and canceling hotel reservations is the responsibility of the meeting registrant. Individuals will be responsible for payment of their own cancellation fees. The cancellation policy is 3 days prior to date of arrival otherwise specified on your reservation information.

Area Airports
Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) is approximately 21 miles from the hotel and all major carriers service this airport.
Ground Transportation
Taxi fares from PHX are approximately $50-60 one way, not including tip, and will take about 30-45 minutes.
Driving
From North (Flagstaff): Take I 17 into Phoenix, and follow the signs to the 101 (east). Take the 101 (east) 7 miles to Tatum Blvd, exit Tatum and turn left. Go ½ mile to Deer Valley and turn right. Entrance is ½ mile on left.
From West (California): Take I 10 into Phoenix, and follow to Loop 101 (north). 101 (north) will become 101 (east), follow to Tatum Blvd. Exit Tatum and turn left, go ½ mile to Deer Valley and turn right. Entrance is ½ mile on left.
From South (Tucson): Take I 10 into Phoenix, and follow to state highway 51 north. Take 51 (north) 15 miles to Loop 101 (east) and exit Tatum Blvd. Turn left on Tatum Blvd and follow ½ mile to Deer Valley and turn right, entrance is ½ mile on left.
From East (East Valley, Globe): Take I 60 into Phoenix, and follow to 101 (north). Follow 101 (north) about 20 miles to Tatum. Exit Tatum and turn right, follow Tatum ½ mile to Deer Valley and turn right, entrance is ½ mile on left.
From Middle of Phoenix: Take 51(north), to 101 (east) and exit Tatum Blvd. Turn left on Tatum Blvd and follow ½ mile to Deer Valley and turn right, entrance is ½ mile on left.
From San Diego: Take I 8 East towards AZ 85-Phoenix/Ajo. I 8 becomes AZ 85 North. Merge onto I 10 East to Phoenix. Take the Loop 101 North (exit #133-B). Exit Tatum Blvd. and turn left, go ½ mile to Deer Valley and turn right. Entrance is ½ mile on left.
